All returns are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach PR HR INFO 

If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please include a note indicating your name and address in the returns so we can find your order for refund.

Ensure all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the item(s) are included. Please ensure that the item(s) are in the same conditions as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
